How it works

Write to support@stonecrop.app within 14 days of buying and say you want your money back. You do not have to explain why. We refund in full, to the way you paid.

The licence stops working once the refund goes through. Everything the extension does for free keeps working.

After 14 days

Still write to us. If the extension does not do what its listing said, we refund you regardless of the date. That is our mistake, not yours.

How long it takes

We answer within two working days. The money itself comes back through Polar and your bank, which usually takes a few days more.

Your legal right

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Where that right and this page differ, whichever is better for you applies.
